The Covid-19 crisis has pitched many organisations rendering essential services to the forefront in taking on strategic and leading roles to drive digital initiatives and transform their business operations to become more agile and resilient. From contact tracing to testing and coordinating specific industry responses, both public sector and private sector organisations have responded with dexterity in ensuring that citizens have stable and convenient access to essential services. This segment highlights different perspectives of the tech leaders at the forefront in ASEAN and the various initiatives and approaches they undertook to lead in the pandemic.
