CIO Academy Asia hosted their inaugural session of the #hashtech series at Shiseido’s brand new Regional APAC Headquarters located in Singapore! This session brought together digital leaders from the retail and hospitality sector to share ideas on delivering a seamless, omnichannel customer experience journey, enabled by data insights and digital capabilities. Experts from Samsung Electronics demonstrated how their latest enterprise-grade mobility solutions can effectively augment the front-line workforce to enhance employee productivity and reduce friction in the customer journey. Shiseido’s Head of IT(Asia Pacific & Travel Retail), Roger Lim, together with Udara Dharmawansa, Head of IT at Gill Capital shared their experiences spear heading new digital initiatives to ensure their organisations stay ahead of the game.
