Leveraging agile technologies to respond to the fast changing business landscape

The top four areas of projected risk – cyber-security, intensified competition, disruptive innovation and access to critical talent – are all related to structural transformation of the business, which in today’s world is inevitably digital in nature and driven by technology innovation.

The digital economy of today has crippled the “five-year strategic plan” practice, where traditional controls can no longer shield businesses from losing their lunch to their next door neighbour. Businesses today must cope with the challenges that the new digital landscape offers – from shortening product cycles to fast changing consumer needs.

As big data establishes itself as the new competitive playing field, CIOs are pressed to break down data silos and generate insights to boost productivity and enhance decision making to move with the needs and demands of their customers.

Cloud and analytics technologies have proven enable business agility across sectors, and CIOs have now set their sights on cognitive technology tools like artificial intelligence to be included in their future digital arsenals.

Join us as we gather an expert panel to share perspectives on the way our business environment is being reshaped, and how you could leverage these tools to lead your industry amidst ongoing technological shifts.
