Academy Pillar
The Academy Pillar is one of the key offerings of CIO Academy Asia (CIOAA). This Pillar provides customised experiential learning for C suites and other tech leaders.
In the face of rapid and especially disruptive transformations impacting all industries, popularly referred to as the 4 th Industrial Revolution, organisations have been actively upskilling and reskilling their workforce to acquire new digital skills. This enables staff to take up new work roles in the organisations. Developing digital leadership where technical, cognitive and socio-emotional competencies can be acquired is the new impetus of organisations to enable individuals to adapt to the digital era.
To support these organisations, CIOAA has identified four key areas for skills development, hence has developed its own unique “ACID” framework which stands for:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Cyber Resilience
- Innovation and Design Thinking
- Data Analytics
CIOAA collaborates with academic institutions, tech companies and the government to ensure that relevant content is delivered through the various learning programmes. We enhance the learning journey by using practitioners to conduct the programmes. This includes local and overseas study visits to innovative organisations and engagements with industry practitioners to internalise the learnings.
